Initially opened in 1969, Colonial House, Inc. has grown into a modern, residential treatment facility serving 45 adult male and female clients.
Our current building, opened in 1992, with the clean, simple decor that does not impose upon the client, yet every care has been taken to supply his or her need for a home-like atmosphere.
This modern structure overlooks the same charming York County countryside as in decades past. Spacious recreation and dining areas, functional therapy rooms, administrative offices, as well as second floor residential facilities are all located in one building for maximum convenience, safety and security. The pleasantly decorated residence floor includes comfortable bedrooms, separate reading areas, and ample shower facilities.
Recreational activities on the premises may include and are not limited to: weight lifting, ping pong, horseshoes, volleyball, basketball, and karaoke night.
